C-CAP Welcomes Food Industry Veteran Tanya Steel

October 15, 2020-Careers through Culinary Arts Program announced today that Tanya Steel has joined the venerable 30-year-old organization as VP of Strategic Development.
Founded by Richard Grausman three decades ago, C-CAP prepares more than 15,000 students in six cities in the culinary arts for a profession in the food industry and/or higher education. It has awarded $62 million in scholarships throughout its history, including $2.6 million in 2020.
